Here in LA the weather is heating up and the desire for cool, creamy dessert items are on the rise. These little ice cream candies are a perfect visual substitute, with their many colors. It’s almost like having a cone for each flavor! Have to hand it to the Japanese, they always know how to make something appealing and cute!
